REIKI NIGHTS
Whether you are new to the system of Reiki or a seasoned practitioner, join us as we explore and practice some of the traditional Japanese Reiki techniques. The evening will include Gassho Meditation to clear the mind and calm the spirit,
a guided meditation to connect to Earth Ki, Heaven Ki and Heart Ki, followed by Shu Chu Reiki (attendees send energy to one group member at a time). All are welcome!

This mainly experiential workshop will focus on Reiki Self Treatment, the Reiki Precepts, and Reiki Meditations with plenty of time for all your questions.
